This policy explains how RunePeak Games handles information submitted through runepeak.games.
Contact form
If you contact us through the website, we process the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so that we can receive and respond to your request. We do not use contact-form submissions to add you to a marketing list.
Playtest list
If you voluntarily join our playtest list, we process your name, email address, selected mobile platform, and your consent to receive playtest invitations. We use this information to contact you about RunePeak Games testing opportunities. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Spam and security
We use Cloudflare services, including Turnstile, to protect our forms from automated abuse and spam. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide those security services.
Email service providers
We may use an email delivery provider to send form notifications, confirmations, and playtest invitations. That provider may process email addresses and message-delivery information on our behalf.
Retention
Contact messages are retained only as reasonably necessary to handle correspondence and related support. Playtest contact information may be retained while you remain subscribed to the playtest list or until it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted to us, or ask to be removed from the playtest list, by contacting privacy@runepeak.games.
